Bob entered the insurance world in March 1981 when he was recruited by Equity & Law Life Assurance Society. He became an independent financial adviser in 1983 and was a founder director of Trustee Asset Management Ltd when it was formed in 1986. In October of 1990 he was appointed as Managing Director.
