Nick graduated from the University of Kent in 1981 with an honours degree in Economics. He entered the insurance industry joining Equity & Law in 1982 and in July 1984 moved to Allied Dunbar as a Broker Consultant. In November 1987 he was invited to join Trustee Asset Management Ltd and was appointed as a Director in July 1988.
